My name is Susan Gulya, FNP, and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than three decades of experience in healthcare. I have been a registered nurse since 1991, with a diverse background that includes Emergency Medicine, ICU, leadership and management, quality improvement, infection prevention, and nursing education. I earned my Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Georgetown University in 2017.
Throughout my career, I have witnessed profound changes in healthcare. Over time, I became increasingly frustrated by a system that often limits care to pharmaceuticals, short visits, and symptom management—without addressing the deeper causes of illness. This realization led me to look beyond the traditional allopathic model.
Over the past several years, I have expanded my training to include functional and root-cause medicine, peptide therapies, cellular and precision medicine, hormone optimization, sustainable weight management, and spiritual care. Medical options are evolving rapidly, and I am grateful to offer therapies that work with the body—honoring its natural design and supporting true healing and restoration.
